Although BabyMonster has not yet made their debut at YG Entertainment, the whole lineup of the group was revealed in the documentary series Last Evaluation. YG executive producer Yang Hyun-suk had the group undergo rigorous testing, both alone and as a group, with actual evaluation occurring from both YG personnel and idols. These tests included solo performances as well as group performances. Now, we can say with joy that the debut of all seven members has been officially scheduled for November 2023. The members of BabyMonster are, in general, quite young, which is consistent with the band’s moniker. If you are curious about the ages of the members of BabyMonster, the following information includes each member’s birth date as well as their current age: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Haram, Rora, and Chiquita.
Below is the How Old BabyMonsters Members, Including Their Age and Birthdays
Born on March 20th, 2002, Ruka is currently 21 years old and had a birthday that day.
Pharita was born on August 26, 2005, making her current age 18 years old.
Asa was born on April 17th, 2006, making him 17 years old today.
Ahyeon’s birthday is April 11th, 2007, making her 16 years old today.
Haram’s birthday is October 17th, 2007, making him 16 years old today.
Rora was born on August 14, 2008, making her current age 15 years old.
Chiquita was born on February 17, 2009, making her current age 14 years old.
Due to the fact that BabyMonster is planning to make their debut in November 2023, there will only be two adults, namely Ruka and Pharita, in the group when they first appear on stage. This, by itself, is not really out of the ordinary. For example, in 2022, almost all of the members of the female group CSR made their debut at the age of 17, with the exception of the maknae, who debuted at the age of 16. However, the group will be on the younger side when they make their debut, with Rora being 15 and Chiquita being 14 years old. The youngest age at which an idol can debut is normally 14, and even then, it’s usually just one member of the group at most. For example, Leeseo from IVE and Hyein from NewJeans both made their debuts when they were just 14 years old. (However, Kaylee made her notable debut at the age of 13 in VCHA, while Jieun made her debut at the age of 13 in Young Posse.)
The members of BabyMonster are unique not only for their young ages at the time of their debuts but also for the fact that they are from three separate countries: South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. BabyMonster is immediately ready for international success thanks to the fact that some of the members are also fluent in English. This is certainly not an accident on the part of YG Entertainment, as they are clearly aware of its significance.
